After two years of visiting Javea, and staying at the Parador hotel, I decided that I wanted a three month winter break in Javea, but not in a hotel. I asked a friend who knows the area well for a good rental agency. He in turn asked a friend who lived in Javea, and she recommended Paradise Property Solutions (now Sea Breeze). I was full of trepidation when I arrived for this extended break, because although I trusted my friend's judgement, I didn’t know his friend.

My trepidation was totally misplaced- the apartment was exactly as described, ideally situated, and fully equipped. It was also spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked a further three weeks later in the year. Needless to say, I've spent every winter, and 3 or 4 weeks each autumn in the same apartment. Over a period of about 80 weeks a few things have inevitably needed attention; they have always been dealt with swiftly, efficiently and to my entire satisfaction.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sea Breeze for a holiday let (as long as you don't encroach on my favourite apartment at my preferred times!)

My original purpose in writing to you was to thank you for your assistance during the recent forrest fires in Javea which caused such devastation to the area, we got off lightly compared to others but we sustained a fair bit of damage.

During that period you went above and beyond what was required by keeping us regularly updated, assisting with the clear up, arranging quotes and arranging for local contractors to carry out essential repairs to get the villa back up and running and into a usable state.

We rent our apartment via Seabreeze in Javea.  Sam has always been professional, reliable and efficient and we have been more than happy with her services over the past 8 years.

When we have arrived to use our apartment the place is always immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard.

Sam oversees the property while we are in the U.K. and ensures any issues are relayed to us and then dealt with should the need arise.  We always have peace of mind knowing our property is being managed and maintained well in our absence.

The bookings are handled professionally but with a personal touch and having spoken with guests who have booked our apartment know they have always been more than happy with the services provided by Sam.

We recommend Seabreeze and wouldn't use anyone else to deal with our property.

Thank you for a lovely holiday. Our holiday house was just right for us and the kids. The cot and the high chair were provided as extras and we couldn't have managed without them.  

It was lovely that there were 3 bathrooms so despite having 4 children and 5 adults staying there was never a wait for a bathroom. The complex was lovely and quiet and the few neighbours we came across were friendly. The pool was beautiful, although freezing cold! The other bonus was the very brief walk to the port, its lovely sea front and pebbly beaches and very pleasant cafes to enjoy a beer and some olives in the sun.

We also walked to the old town which is very pretty. The Arenal area was great for the kids and that was an easy trip on the bus or in a taxi, or a nice walk if the kids had it in them.

Sam has been very efficient to deal with, all e-mails have been replied to quickly with full detail and there was no delay in returning the deposit after we left. All in all a very positive experience!
